Not A Thrilling Day!

I wish I had something exciting to write about, but today was pretty boring.  I went to work, finished my book (which really did touch me when I was done), worked hard all morning, because my boss was in, and then was SO bored all afternoon, because he was in meetings.

He has three out-of-town meetings on Monday and Tuesday and I have to get a LOT of stuff together for them tomorrow, so I should be nice and busy all day tomorrow!

I left at 5:00pm and got a ride home.  I got home right before Eric, who was at the dentist getting his teeth cleaned.  I wish I could get mine cleaned, too, but I HAVE to have some kind of sedation or I won’t do it.  It just is too scary, because it hurts so much.

After watching DR. PHIL I made us NUTRISYSTEM PIZZAs and I had cherry tomatoes with some hummus.  Eric said he was eating all day, so he didn’t want anything else.

I watched some TV and then came into the living room to do a project.  I worked on two mirrors tonight – small gold-framed mirrors in unusual shapes.  I did one in all blues and silvers and it came out great.  The others is multi-colored, but mostly greens and oranges.  They both look good, but I have a little more work to do on each before they’re done.

I can’t believe tomorrow is Friday already.  It really amazes me how fast the weeks go by and how soon the weekend comes each week.  I guess it’s a good thing, but I just feel like time is passing too quickly and, before you know it, we’ll be gone from here.  I really am enjoying my days here, so I wish the days would not fly by!

We have no plans for the weekend, but I’m planning to do a lot of work, finish up my tax stuff, and get a lot of jewelry mosaic and decoupage projects done.  I want to have an enormous inventory for the show on the 30th.  I’m very excited and think about it a lot.  I’m already planning how my table will look.  I ordered 4 yards of red satin to make a tablecloth and I’m going to bedazzle it, so it will sparkle as people approach.  I’m so excited to finally use the Bedazzler that Jimmy won for me!  The multi-colored jewelry mosaics and decoupaged objects should look fabulous on the red satin!

I’m also planning to print out color signs that will just be my business card enlarged.  I will have them all around, with my business cards, too, so people will remember my name!  Oh, I’ve got lots of plans and I am so looking forward to selling at the fair.  I wish you could all be there!
